Pop-up Restaurant Wasted Space isn't only a restaurant but much more comprehensive experience. It's an evening filled with music and performances, people, fancy local and seasonal food in a "wasted" urban place - somewhere you wouldn't probably end up otherwise. The project is created by urban culture activist Jaakko Blomberg, chef Jyrki Tsutsunen and desinger Johanna Kunelius. This time the restaurant took over a greenhouse in an old train turntable.
